You can get a commission if you refer friends who get selected
Our referral programme is designed to maximise your earning opportunity and simplify our recruitment process. It only applies to modelling positions and the value of the 'bonus' you get depends on whether you are selected yourself, or not.
You can be paid even if you have not been selected.
How does it work?
After you've applied, we will contact you to confirm your application and you will then receive your application ID.
Share this application ID with your friends who may be interested in applying and ask to include your reference ID on their application form.
If they do, their application will be linked with yours and you will be able to claim commission for your referral.

How much commission can I get?
The level of commission depends on whether you are selected yourself or not.
If you are selected, you will get 25% commission for every friend you have referred and who has also been selected. The commission is based on their earnings, not yours.
If you have not been selected yourself, you can still get 15% of your referred friend's earnings.
You have been selected to become a model and your payment will be Rs.1000.
You referred five friends who applied with your code. Two of them have been selected to model for us.
Friend 1 will receive a payment of Rs. 1000
Friend 2 will receive a payment of Rs. 800
You will get a commission of Rs. 450 (25% of Friend 1 payment and 25% of Friend 2 payment), so your total pay will be Rs. 1450.
Example 1
Unfortunately, you have not been selected to model for us on this occasion, but you refereed five friends, who applied with your code, and two of them have been selected to model for us.
Friend 1 will receive a payment of Rs. 1000
Friend 2 will receive a payment of Rs. 1000
You will get a commission of Rs. 300 (15% of Friend 1 payment, and 15% of Friend 2 payment), even if you have not been selected to work for us yourself.

Terms and conditions
Once you've applied and have received your reference ID, you can share it with your friends. There is no limit on how many friends you can invite to model for us.
Your friends must include your reference ID in their application. If they don't do it, or forget it, or use incorrect reference ID, we will not be able to apply it retrospectively and their applications will not be eligible for bonus.
You can only refer friends who have not yet applied with us. Withdrawing existing application and re-applying will not be permitted.
You will only get bonus for a maximum of four (4) successful referrals, if you have been successful yourself, or eight (8) successful referrals, if you have not been successful yourself.
The payment will be made via Wise account transfer or by cash on the day of photoshoot however, you will have to collect it yourself even if you have not been successful.
Your and your friends' applications will only be linked by your application ID. Your friends will not be able to see any details of your application or your payment, or commission, and you will not be able to see any of their details.
We reserve the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw this referral programme at any time and should we do so, we will inform you in writing. All existing linked applications and commissions will still be in force.
